To get a bit deeper- In 2011, a company was founded called Econyl. This company does exactly how it sounds, and sources eco nylon from existing nylon products to create a regenerated nylon fibre. The nylon in our recycled pieces is made entirely from waste products- Including discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps, industrial plastic and nylon waste. Swimwear is one of the most frequently consumed and discarded products, mostly because if a product lacks quality, it lacks longevity of use.

In addition to the recycled polyamide used to create our product, we took it a step further to follow the flow of sustainability with fully biodegradable packaging. Ironically enough, one of the other leading landfill inhabitants is product packaging and shipping matter. Using fully biodegradable d2w materials and natural linens, our mailers and individual product packaging are just as friendly as our swimwear.
